Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, here’s everything you need to know about returning your item:
How Long Do I Have to Return?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your bracelet to request a return.
What Are the Conditions for a Return?
To qualify for a return:
- The bracelet must be in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return - this would've been included in your order.
How Do I Start a Return?
Email us at support@lovedaisyjewellery.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they will not be accepted.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect it as soon as you receive it and contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and, if approved, you can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund, with no obligation to return the item.
Returns for Personal Preferences
If you’d like to return a bracelet because it isn’t what you expected or you’ve changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can use your preferred shipping method, or we can provide you with a shipping label at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items).
Additionally, gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return the one you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and sent back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@lovedaisyjewellery.com for assistance.
