Order Processing Time

We process orders within 5-7 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (Yodel)
    • Estimated delivery time: 3 business days
    • Cost: £2.24 or free for orders over £20

International Shipping Options:

  • Standard International (Royal Mail)
    • Estimated delivery time: 3-17 business days
    • Cost: £9.00-£13.75

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing for international shipments or courier service issues.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online through the courier’s website.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and the European Union.
